2. What is IPO? (Input-Process-Output)

IPO means how a computer works step by step:

  • Input ➡️ We give data to computer (like typing on keyboard)
  • Process ➡️ Computer thinks and works on it
  • Output ➡️ Computer gives result (like showing on screen)

👉 Example:
You type 2 + 2 → Computer calculates → Shows 4

3. Why CPU is called the Brain of Computer?

CPU is called the brain of the computer because:

  • It controls all parts of the computer
  • It does all calculations and thinking
  • It tells other parts what to do

  1. ALU (Arithmetic Logic Unit)
    👉 Does calculations like +, −, ×, ÷
  2. CU (Control Unit)
    👉 Controls all activities of computer
  3. Memory Unit
    👉 Stores data and instructions

  • Hard Disk
