5. Add a New Blank Slide

Answer:
To add a new blank slide, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Home tab.

  2. Click on New Slide.

  3. Choose Blank Slide from the options.

👉 A new blank slide will be added to your presentation.


6. Duplicate Slide and Hide Slide

Answer:

  1. Duplicate a Slide:

    • Right-click on the slide you want to copy.

    • Click on Duplicate Slide.
      👉 A copy of that slide will appear just below the original slide.

  2. Hide a Slide:

    • Right-click on the slide you want to hide.

    • Click on Hide Slide.
      👉 The slide will not appear during the slideshow but remains in the presentation.


7. Set Image as Slide Background

Answer:
To set an image as the background of a slide, follow these steps:

  1. Right-click on the slide.

  2. Select Format Background.

  3. Choose Picture or Texture Fill.

  4. Click Insert Picture from File and select the image you want.

  5. Click Apply to All if you want the same background on all slides.

👉 The selected image will now appear as the background of your slide.


8. Run Slide Show from Beginning and Current Slide

Answer:

  1. From Beginning:

    • Click on the Slide Show tab.

    • Select From Beginning.

    • OR press F5 on the keyboard.
      👉 The slideshow will start from the first slide.

  2. From Current Slide:

    • Click on the Slide Show tab.

    • Select From Current Slide.

    • OR press Shift + F5 on the keyboard.
      👉 The slideshow will start from the slide you are currently on.
